Vanquishing the vampires: when creative process feels stuck

Details

In this conversation, we begin with the understanding that vampires and feeling stuck are universal to creative processes. They are not a signal of failure, but rather natural points along the way and potentially rich conduits toward new possibilities. We will think about what our personal, signature creative process looks like, the shape our vampires take, and where they typically sweep in. We will discuss learning to not-know, right-hemispheric processing, and the usefulness in developing a framework for writing. The goal is to ignite excitement about experimenting, curiosity about the dark places, and trust in our process, so we can flow rather than become paralyzed when we inevitably feel stuck.
