Energy Healing is a therapeutic modality that allows physical and psychological health to be restored by bringing about a balanced and dynamic flow of energy through our auras. Psycho-Energetics concerns itself with the interplay between energy work and psychology. It is not uncommon that we may keep stumbling on the same problem over and over again in our personal lives and we may have even done therapy work to overcome this, but for some reason, our personal psychology is such that we seem unable to bring ourselves out of this. It is precisely here where energy work can be an invaluable tool allowing us to transcend our habitual psychological patterns. She practises Alchemy Energetics Shamanic Spiritual Healing and teaches Reiki, Pleiades Healing, Moon Magic, Mexica Healing, Lucid Dreaming, and Core Shamanism. Dream planting with archetypes is one of her favourite psycho-energetic practices and methods of manifestation.
She is currently dedicated to holding sacred space and facilitating real change and safe passage for her clients and students through teaching and practice.

At Reiki level 2, we deepen the practice of Reiki as developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century, updated to reflect the new science and professional requirements in the West.
### Reiki 2 Course Content
I will empower and teach you both original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho and Western-style Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho techniques (the best of both worlds) and share with you a prestigious Reiki Lineage, its principles, philosophy, endeavors, and ways to achieve wellbeing and happiness.
You will practise Reiki with Symbols for increased Power, Harmony, and Remote Healing, energy exercises to strengthen your resilience and regenerative capacity, special breathing and meditation techniques for aura cleansing, space clearing & purification, stress relief, self-healing, healing others (people, plants, pets, and planet–all living things), purifying and infusing energy (bring a bottle of water, your crystals and lucky charms), chakra sensing, healing and activation techniques, and much more, including an introduction to setting up a professional practice.
### Reiki Level 2 Training Options: One-to-One & Group Classes
- One-to-One Reiki Training is both online (Zoom live) and in-person/in situ; SCHEDULING TBA
- In situ training is at the StillPoint Centre in Liverpool Street, London EC2M 4RH–PLEASE CHECK COURSE DATES & AVAILABILITY.
- Group Classes: you will gain access to video classes & once you pay to book your place, and we meet on the in-person day, some of which will be recorded for later reference & your portfolio.
- Learning materials: (a multimedia bundle) will be available before the course for preparation and future reference & professional practice
- The in-person day will be predominantly practical, to develop your skills and gain experience & confidence.
- An online community where you can share your experiences and ask questions will also be there for your ongoing support.
