Thinking too much, and wanting to stop?
Worrying about past situations or upcoming ones all the time? Not able to let go of certain what ifs?
As there has been a very high demand, being able to explore more where your overthinking might come from, or even release parts of it, gently calming the nervous system - this event has been created.
This is a gentle online group session for anyone who feels stuck in loops of overthinking, analysis, or mental tension—and longs to come back home to their body.
🪷Together, we’ll explore a somatic exploration to quiet the mental noise and reconnect with the deeper calm underneath. A space to feel, breathe, and soften individually guided by Astrid.
This session is especially for you if:
• Your mind is always racing or spinning stories
• You crave a break from “figuring things out”
• You often feel disconnected from your body
• You’d like to feel more grounded, centered, and present
What’s included:
• A guided somatic group session (body-based awareness & exploration )
• Practices to gently move from thought, to emotions & sensations
• Optional sharing at the end of the session
• Time to slow down, without needing to fix or solve anything
You may leave with:
• Less mental pressure
• More clarity, calm, or inner space
• A feeling of grounded presence
• A reminder that your body and mind support each other

• This session is held online on Zoom (the link will be send one day before the event)
• Please find a cozy place to sit or lie down comfortably
• Wear soft clothes, bring a blanket or cushion if you like
• No experience needed—just come as you are
