- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Cognitive restructuring for GAD, exposure for phobias
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Mindfulness and values-based strategies
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): Ritual prevention for OCD, interoceptive exposure for panic
