Troube falling asleep at night? Thinking too much and not able to let it go at night? Waking up during the night, feeling wide awake, but tired at daytime then?
-Anyone having trouble with falling asleep, Insomnia or any other sleep related challenges is very welcome to join for an exchange about it, and possible ways to make improvements.

There will be an introduction by the host and then it’s up to us, if we would like to share experiences, difficulties or simply just connect with people experiencing something similar.
!!! Note that this is not a webinar or alike — it is an exchange place where each participant is actively sharing and thus talking!!! (Obviously just as much as you feel comfortable with sharing)
