Have you tried the stretches, massages, the gym - and still feel like it didn‘t change much or just somehow doesn’t get to the root of it?
Like your body still feels tense. Like it doesn’t want to just let go, and relax sometimes. Like it seems to wanting to stay in control or ‘keeping it together’.
That’s where this introduction somatic session can possibly offer something different.
🪷 In this 1:1 somatic session, you’ll be guided gently into exploring and ‚talking’ to your body and possibly upcoming emotions. No pressure, no big expectations—just a calm, open space to slow down and notice what your body is possibly wanting to let you know.
What this might offer:
• A bit more breath or space in your system
• Subtle shifts in how you feel
• Less internal pressure, more room to just be
• A break from trying to solve everything
by very physical actions
This is for you if you’re navigating:
• physical tension, ongoing stress, or exhaustion
• hypervigilance or not seeming to be able to relax
• emotional overwhelm and not able to improve it long-term
• Not feeling fully in touch with yourself
What to expect:
• We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes (the link will be shared in the description shortly before the event)
• We‘ll start with talking and see how the body responds (obviously we’ll start very slow and can only go into the depth which seems appropriate in this introduction session).
• You’ll be guided through an individual gentle, body-based process, where we focus on the body, and talk where it suits
• You don’t need to prepare anything or talk through everything
• We go at your pace—everything is optional, and please keep in mind that going too quickly into processing can actually be counterproductive, so we take it as it feels okay and comfortable in that moment
