Have you tried the books, the self-awareness, the productivity hacks - and still feel like cognitive strategies didn‘t change much?
Like your thoughts don’t stop. Like rest doesn’t really land. Like your body is always “on.”
That’s where this introduction somatic session can possibly offer something different.
🪷 In this 1:1 somatic session, you’ll be guided gently into exploring and ‚talking’ to your body and possibly upcoming emotions. No pressure, no big expectations—just a calm, open space to slow down and notice what your body is possibly wanting to let you know.
What this might offer:
• A bit more breath or space in your system
• Subtle shifts in how you feel
• Less internal pressure, more room to just be
• A break from trying to solve everything mentally
This is for you if you’re navigating:
• Ongoing stress, tension, or low-level anxiety
• Overthinking or emotional overwhelm
• Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest
• Not feeling fully in touch with yourself
What to expect:
• We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes (the link will be shared in the description shortly before the event)
• We‘ll start with talking and see how the body responds (obviously we’ll start very slow and not go into too much depth in this introduction session).
• You’ll be guided through a gentle, body-based process
• You don’t need to prepare anything or talk through everything
• We go at your pace—everything is optional, and please keep in mind that going too quickly into processing can actually be counterproductive, so we take it as it feels okay and comfortable in that moment
