EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us for a casual hangout and open conversation about topics related to psychology and mindfulness! There’s no set agenda — just a freeform, open-ended space to chat for as long as we’d like. You're welcome to stay for the whole session or leave whenever is convenient for you.
Whether you're a total beginner or just curious, you’re more than welcome; no specific expertise or qualifications are needed. Please participate however you feel most comfortable, whether that’s mostly listening or joining via audio-only. Also, feel free to bring up topics from either field — they don't have to intersect! We’d love to have you.
RULES
• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Do not hog the conversation — listen, think, and allow ample space.
• Do not impose religious views on others or proselytize.
• For the most part, please try to stick to topics that are practical and evidence-based. We welcome all belief systems, but want to stick to topics that do not isolate others.
• Please refrain from discussing politics, as it can derail the conversation.
• Respect boundaries and triggers.
• No spamming or solicitation.
