Psychology Providers & Professionals Mental Health Hike

Join a curated mental health hike for psych professionals! We’ll meet up at the Metuselah Tree and do a few hour hike in the El Corte De Madera -park. The event is a great and healthy way to reset your nervous system while meeting people with shared interests!

We're opening our half-American, half-Finnish clinic's hiking tradition for the broader industry and we'll have some Finnish snacks for the first hike - you just need to remember to bring your water-bottle!

We will accept all providers with a license for the event, as well as those who work in the field in supporting functions. However we won’t be accepting other participants to keep the audience curated so please provide your license number or professional affiliation in mental health when you apply!

About the host
Meru Health is defining the new standard of mental health. We’re a 9-year-old telehealth clinic with a program model that’s been developed through clinical research with Stanford, Harvard & a dozen other world-class institutions. We’ve so far helped over 35’000 Americans with their mental health and are now expanding into integrative psychiatry.

We’re a half Finnish clinic, with a lot of our team from there visiting the Bay Area often. During these visits, we’ve built a hiking-tradition as the scenery here is quite a sight compared to snowy pine-forests. We’re now opening this hike-tradition to friends in mental health more broadly and would love to have you join. We’ll have some Finnish snacks for those who join the hike so all you need to bring is whatever keeps you hydrated!
