Join us for our weekly 30-min mindfulness session to have a taste of mindfulness practice and theory.
The drop-in sessions are designed for anyone interested in exploring some key mindfulness themes and practices in ways that might support them personally, in everyday life and work.
Each session will have guided and structured meditation practices. Many drawn from modern psychology. Some sessions will have cognitive exercises to help you explore some fundamental themes of mindfulness. Each practice or exercise is followed by a review of what you and/or other participants experienced or discovered in that practice/exercise.
Teachers are trained with Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
