Feeling emotionally exhausted from modern dating? You’re not alone.

This group is a safe, supportive space for anyone burnt out by the emotional intensity — the endless texting, mixed signals, ghosting, breadcrumbing, situationships, and the dreaded “what are we?” chats.

You’re not imagining it: dating has gotten harder. And many are struggling with the avoidants, the emotionally unavailable, or even narcissistic patterns.

Together, we’ll unpack the messy parts of modern love: anxious and avoidant attachment styles, why we chase emotionally unavailable people, how dating apps can chip away at our self-worth, and what keeps us stuck in cycles we know aren’t serving us.

You’ll gain insight into your relationship patterns, get real about your emotional needs, and build self-awareness so deep that no one can tug on your heartstrings without your permission. This isn’t just about dating — it’s about healing the deeper parts of you that were never fully seen, loved, or heard.

For many, the roots go back to childhood wounds and relational trauma.

Let’s get our relationships right. It’s one of the most important decision a woman will make in her lifetime.

❤️ Transformation happens through consistency. Show up for yourself twice a month and watch how much shifts.

✨ Goals:

- A clearer understanding of your attachment style and recurring relationship patterns
- Tools to break the cycle of chasing emotional unavailability
- A deeper awareness of your emotional needs—and permission to honour them
- Language to express boundaries, desires, and dealbreakers
- Confidence to navigate dating from a grounded, self-respecting place - Insight into how past wounds affect present choices in love
- The ability to spot red flags early—and stop second-guessing your worth in love
- Practical ways to navigate relationship differences and emotional conflicts with maturity
- Stronger emotional independence and the ability to self-soothe instead of self-abandon
- A shift from over-functioning or overthinking to calm clarity and emotional sovereignty

✨ What to expect:

- A calm and safe weekly session with a small group of people
- Gentle activities like reflection prompts, and other practices + psychoeducation by Lou
- Sharing and listening from comfort of your own space
