Dubbed “Björk of Virtual Worlds” Dr Barbara Lippe is a video-game-art-director-turned-actor perfectly bridging interactive and dramatic principles.
As Head of Content at HolodeckVR, a deep tech company offering the the most precise XR tracking solution for massive multi-user large-scale free-roam arenas she brings in her creative renaissance lifestyle: from designing characters for videogames in Tokyo and virtual worlds in Vienna she went on to act on stage & screen in London.
She went on to found entreZ, an award-winning VR content studio aiming to develop the entertainment formats of the future.
Barbara holds a PhD in game studies, is Head of Curation at VR Days Europe, the leading European XR event and speaks at conferences and summits worldwide.
She has recently been selected one of the 101 most influential women in VR.

She is a CEO and founder of immersive therapy in autism app VReach, co-founder of Extended Reality community in Latvia, in the same time working both in healthcare and tech industries. Leading several projects connected to virtual and mixed reality use in science, business and healthcare. Public speaker and educator, as well as actively advocating for diversity and balance leading the project of bringing diversity in tech companies.
