Tech Hiring Community - How Is Your Hiring Process Driving Talent Experience?

Tech Recruitment is a dynamic and fast-moving field that presents very distinctive challenges. Good news is, you’re no longer alone facing those challenges! After the three editions of the Tech Hiring Conference being massive hits, we’ve gathered all interested and together created the Tech Hiring Community, which is now having its first event in Porto, in partnership with Porto Innovation Hub!

This after-hours event will be dedicated to how you can revamp your hiring process to make sure you are providing your candidates with the right experience, increasing their engagement, and ultimately boosting your time to hire and efficiency.

We will have a panel consisting of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment managers, on the one hand, and Tech Professionals, on the other hand, and will be changing views on how to avoid common pitfalls and unnecessary bottlenecks on either yours or the candidate side.
