A description of the route is below for your information. Before the run, we take a group photo and after we drink and/or eat at the bar (not mandatory). We will chat a bit before starting to run. The distance is about 10 kilometers (\~6 miles). However, there are plenty of opportunities to turn back before and sometimes people run a shorter distance. Each person runs at her/his own pace. Most of the time people are talking/chatting so it's honestly a casual run. Mini groups tend to form according to pace. Please note people run at their own risk and please if you have any medical condition make sure you let someone know and be sensible, run within your abilities. We then take a right to exit the park and immediately take a left to run alongside the round wall of the zoo (Passeig de Cicumvallacio). We then turn right at Carrer de Ramon Trias Fargas and head towards the beach. We then take a left turn and run along the beach heading northeast. Along the coast, we cross the Passeig Maritim de la Mar Bella for a quick stop at the water fountain and then turn back. The main change on the way back is that we turn right at the tram station along the other wall of the zoo (continuation of Carrer de Wellington) and once we reach the end of the wall, we are back to Passeig Pujades where we end our run.

Buenas! (English below) Cada día aparecen formas nuevas de aprender español, (y otros idiomas) apps nuevas, métodos de gramática, IA, videos de profes explicando cosas, y están todas genial. Si te ayudan a entender más y a hablar mejor están genial. El plan de este grupo es mejorar tu español con juegos, actividades reales y ejercicios para hablar más. Con la excusa de los juegos y las actividades corregimos la mayoría de errores: Palabras difíciles, confundir pasados, preposiciones, verbos que significan muchas cosas, ser y estar en pasado, frases con dos verbos o mas, subjuntivo, expresiones coloquiales, y también los errores "culturales”: ¿De que forma usamos los españoles el idioma en diferentes situaciones? La gente que participa es (casi siempre) muy simpática, y normalmente deja reviews muy positivas de las clases. Si te cuadra el plan ven a practicar tu español y hablamos de comida, de viajes, de trabajo, de cultura, de Internet, de temas locales, de noticias y de muchas más cosas. Para participar hay una contribución de solo 10€ por persona/ clase de 2 horas (materiales incluidos, bebidas no incluidas) o de 30€ por 4 clases. Vente y hablamos. Rafa. \-\-\-\- Hi! Every day there are new ways to learn Spanish, (or any language) new apps, grammar methods, AI, teachers explaining things on videos, and they are all great. If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great. The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more. All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes: Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions, and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations? People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes. If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things. **Sesión individual de Masaje Emocional** Te propongo un espacio de cuidado y escucha a través del cuerpo. No se trata de un masaje fisioterapéutico orientado a tratar lesiones físicas, sino de un Masaje Emocional enfocado en acompañarte a liberar tensiones profundas y a suavizar aquellas “corazas” que en su momento pudieron ser necesarias, pero que quizá hoy ya no lo son tanto. Cada sesión es individual y tiene una duración aproximada de 60–75 minutos. Habitualmente se trabaja con masaje manual, y en ocasiones puede integrarse el uso de instrumentos sonoros para facilitar la relajación y la conexión. Si te preguntase cuál es el paisaje más bonito que puedes imaginar, quizás contestarías que una montaña muy verde y nevada con mucho sol, o una playa solitaria y soleada o,... pero quizás el paisaje más bonito que puede existir sea verte un poquito a ti por dentro, fuera de tu personaje, conectar un poquito contigo, con tus alegrías y experiencias ... No hago milagros, pero intentaré ayudarte a que tú veas a esa gran y bella persona que habita tu cuerpo. **¿Buscas un espacio para crear, soltarte y conectar contigo mismo sin expectativas?** En este taller de creatividad con barro sensorial utilizamos herramientas interdisciplinarias como movimiento, mindfulness, imágenes, experimentación con materiales, etc., para tener una experiencia creativa encarnada. Nos reunimos 2 horas cada dos semanas. Un espacio para explorar sin juicios y despertar tu expresión más auténtica. Aquí no venimos a enseñarte a hacer piezas perfectas; te acompañamos para que la creatividad salga de tu propio cuerpo. Usamos métodos sencillos pero poco convencionales. El objetivo no es "fabricar" algo bonito, sino experimentar y sentir lo que surja. **¿Cómo funciona?** Cada taller es un módulo independiente con una ruta diferente. A veces nos movemos, otras meditamos, y otras creamos un campo de juego. Además del barro, exploramos pintura, instalación efímera o escritura. Cada persona encuentra su propio camino para conectar con lo que realmente quiere expresar. Creamos un círculo entre tú y tu creación. Tú eres el creador y el observador. Estás creando tu obra, pero al mismo tiempo la obra te está creando a ti. **¿Es para ti?** Si algo de esto te resuena, no necesitas experiencia previa. Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.
