Das autobiografische Schreiben dient als Werkzeug der Selbstreflexion und inneren Klärung. **Was dich erwartet:** In diesem Workshop arbeiten wir mit gezielten Impulsen, die helfen, eigene Erinnerungen und Lebenserfahrungen in Worte zu fassen. Du schreibst vor Ort, kannst deine Texte mit der Gruppe teilen (freiwillig!) und erhältst achtsames Feedback. Die Atmosphäre ist vertraulich und unterstützend. Let’s enjoy literature or non-fiction together and come to our Reading in Companionable Silence meeting on Saturday.
