Medicine Buddha Puja Practice
Medicine Buddha Puja, meaning a special chanted prayer session. All are welcome to attend, and we welcome practitioners to join in this wonderful, traditional healing and purification practice we chant in Tibetan. Chanting is in Tibetan with English and transliteration text provided. Join in the chanting, attend quietly as a blessing, or do your own practice during the pujas. Participation is voluntary and open to all.
This Mahayana/Vajrayana puja practice includes prayers requested by friends and relatives for those who are experiencing difficulties in life, are ill or have died; you are invited to add your personal dedications during the prayers. These practices develop and enrich an attitude of healing the body and mind and cultivating an attitude of loving-kindness and compassion for all beings without exception.
Practice in person or on zoom.
RSVP to see zoom link.
The sadhana or prayer is chanted in Tibetan with English translation in the text. You can download the text here https://dharmaebooks.org/medicine-buddha/
The text will also be shared on screen during the zoom session.
We are currently reading Medicine Buddha Teachings by Thrangu Rinpcohe before each practice. This will be an excellent walk through for those who haven’t had formal instruction and a great refresher for seasoned practitioners.

28 mini lessons
Can Tango be learned online?
Yes. If you have a dedicated partner our on-demand course can take you where you need to be.
This progressive online course captures all details of the fundamental tango technique. With our typical logic and attention to detail, we are sharing with you all the insides that might be way beyond the comprehension of the dancer at the Beginner level. The journey toward discovery.
This course consists of 28 mini lessons - about 10-20 minutes long addressing specific topics. Steps are clearly explained and shown from several angles.
The course includes sample sequences showing several possible combinations of the steps you had learned during the course.
Two convenient pricing options - monthly subscription with 7 days FREE TRIAL, or a flat price.
What does it mean?
It means you have 7 days free access to the whole course - if you fast - you can do it in 7 days. If not - you will be charged $39/month until you cancel. Most people take 3 months to complete the course.

LIGHT OF THE SOUL -
The Science of Raja Yoga, or the "Kingly Science of the Soul," as laid down by its main exponent, Patanjali, will eventually find its greatest demonstration in the West. This is owing to the fact that—under cyclic law—the fifth root race (in its fifth subrace) must inevitably touch its highest point. That point, in the economy of the races, is seen exemplified in the right use of the mind and its utilisation by the soul for the achievement of group objectives and the development of group consciousness upon the physical plane.
Hitherto the mind has either been prostituted to material ends or has been deified. Through the science of Raja Yoga, the mind will be known as the instrument of the soul and the means whereby the brain of the aspirant becomes illuminated and knowledge gained of those matters which concern the realm of the soul.
* All are welcome and the group now consists of 5-10 regular members (most of whom are not meetup "members").
Weekly study every
Wednesday 7:30-9:30pm.
There is no fee, however donations are gratefully be accepted.

Our meditations guide others to actually experience that energy! xoxo We don't just talk about peace, love and affection, we experience it :)
