On vous propose une édition spéciale du bootcamp, avec une séance différente de d’habitude. Pour cette session, nous serons deux coachs pour vous offrir un encadrement plus complet, plus de rythme et une meilleure attention pour chacun. Au programme : une séance complète d’environ 60 minutes, mêlant cardio et renforcement musculaire, avec des exercices variés, un accompagnement en continu avec corrections et encouragements, et un challenge final pour terminer en beauté. Accessible à tous les niveaux.

== ABOUT == * This is open to everyone who RSVP (mandatory) * We play casual and are open to any gender, age, and physical form, so far our demographics have been mostly men, between 20 and early 30 years old. Some haven't exercised/played for a long time (due to covid/confinements restrictions), and most of us are from outside Paris or even France, so pretty friendly and chill. * Sundays for 1.5 hours, 2 teams of 6 (max) 5 in with 1 sub, rotating every 5 min. * All pitches are synthetic/astro turf and have sidewalls that can be used to rebound (meaning no lines, probably more physical games) == PLACE == LeFive 17 - 26 Rue Hélène et François Missoffe · Paris 17 * All pitches are open-air and covered by the highway above. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in! We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind. If there is an interest we can grab lunch nearby afterward.
