What is Happiness?

Details

We are constantly flooded with messages about happiness and told to be happy, yet what exactly constitutes happiness can be confounding and puzzling. In this talk, Noor will explode the most common myths about happiness, propose alternative ways to view what we think of as ‘happiness’, and offer suggestions for how to cultivate a more fulfilling and meaningful life. This talk will demystify happiness for you, integrate spiritual wisdom, and allow you to thoughtfully reflect on how you can create a life in which moments of contentment can expand.
