What we’re about

The PLNL Writer’s Circle is a new group dedicated to connecting writers of all skill levels in the New London area. If you’re looking for a push to start writing, other writers to share your work with and get feedback from, or just to make friends with like-minded individuals, this is the place to be. The Writer’s Circle is open to all, regardless of skill level or preferred writing format (novels, screenplays, poetry, etc). Currently meeting in-person only at the Public Library of New London’s Board Room.

The Public Library of New London, New London, CT
Come meet other writers and kick your creative engines into gear! Open to all writers of any format and skill level, whether you’re just interested in picking up the hobby or have multiple published works already. We’ll be socializing and connecting, doing some writing exercises, and sharing our responses to the prompt: “Write a story featuring a magical object or where an object comes to life.” In person only. Please bring something to write with (laptop, pen+paper,etc), any writing you’d like to share, and a positive attitude! See you there!
