Daily in-person meditation, 7-8am.
All are welcome to come for silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation at the Halifax Shambhala Centre.
Feel free to join for all or part of the hour-long session.
No registration is necessary.

There is also daily group meditation from 5-6pm.

Every Sunday from 9am-noon there is a longer public meditation session followed by refreshments and social time. Experienced meditation instructors are available for first-time instruction or a refresher - just ask.
