Weekly in-person meditation, 9am-noon.

All are welcome to come for silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation at the Halifax Shambhala Centre.

Feel free to join for all or part of this three-hour session, followed by refreshments and social time.

Experienced meditation instructors are available for first-time instruction or a refresher - just ask.

No registration is necessary.

There is also daily group meditation from 7-8am and 5-6pm.
