The Royal Oak, 44 Tabard St., SE1 4JU - https://www.royaloaklondon.co.uk/ - is just a short walk from Borough underground station and not that far from London Bridge.
From Borough station, cross over Borough High Street and follow the curve of Mitre House so that you're now walking down Great Dover Street. After about 150 yards, cross over into Nebraska Street and you'll find the pub at the end of the road where it meets Tabard Street.
