Planting Cactus Restoration Day

Interested in helping us reestablish native habitat for the Cactus Wren? On Friday, February 19th we need volunteers to help plant cactus pads in the Hellman Park area. We already have the cactus pads we just need willing volunteers to help us plant them. It’s not mandatory but if you have thick, hardy gardening gloves and/or a pair of large tongs or trash grabbers, bring those along! (You must be at least 18 years old to participate.)
