Are you a yoga beginner who wants to learn the basics so you can practice with confidence?
Join us for an informal yoga fundamentals workshop where we break down some of the most common poses and give you tips to help you get to grips with yoga.
From how to place your hands on the mat to where to look in downward dog to which sitting postures are best when you have tight hips, we'll share everything we know!
You can also ask us which asanas (poses) you'd like to work on and we can give you help in making them more comfortable and beneficial.
You'll leave feeling confident and empowered to attend any yoga class and understand what's going on!
We provide mats and props so all you need to bring is yourself and a curious mind!
