Hack & Tell #2

Since the last Hack & Tell was so well received, we decided to have one again! It would be interesting to have a follow up discussion on any of the projects and problems that we discussed last time.

While we're on the topic, we'll take a look at Julython (http://www.julython.org/) and see if we can get some PUG-IP representation on there!
