Come join us for our inaugural full body calisthenics circuit workout class!

We'll be covering the basics, including:

-Progressions to unlock or max out your pull-ups, dips, pushups, pistol squats, and muscle-ups.

-People of all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome! Whether you're a beginner working on getting your first push-up, or are an advanced athlete repping out handstand push-ups, this class will be a great way to connect while enjoying a group workout. What better way to do that than to exercise with friends outside?
