Introduction and Authorization - Shopbot PRS CNC Router

This authorization is for the Shopbot CNC router equipment, it's control software as well as the related software called VCarve. No CNC experience required. You must be an active member of PS:One and should have a username (get one at http://members.pumpingstationone.org ). The hardware and software overview takes about 2 hours plus about 30 min per person running the shopbot through a complete setup and routine (3.5 hrs total for 3 people). In order to complete the authorization please plan to attend for the entire duration. We will meet over by the Shopbot at 6:30. Note: due to the length of the class, I will not authorize people that arrive after the start of the lesson.

If you can't make it please adjust your RSVP to reflect that, so people on the waiting list can jump in. Being on the waiting list for this authorization does not automatically sign you up for the next one.
