The founders of Pumps N Brunch are doing a Vegan (plant-based) challenge for the beginning of the year. The goal is to foster and maintain a healthy lifestyle mentally, physically and financially. The Vegan challenge will be over the course of three weeks, January 4th -January 25, 2016. We also encourage everyone to participate in some form of physical activity at least three times a week, in addition to maintaining your vegan meal plan. In doing so, we wanted to bring along members to join us in this healthy lifestyle, especially since our members were thrilled to discuss a healthy lifestyle during our last brunch.

Keep in mind this is a challenge we will come together as a team to tackle! Leave your excuses at the door - making multiple meals, family, work schedules, etc. :) It's never a good time to start a healthy lifestyle but it's easier when you have a team of women as your accountability partners. We are beyond thrilled to rid our bodies of toxins!

It's mind over matter - REMEMBER, YOU CAN DO IT!

Note: The date in the meetup is for two weeks due to Meetup's scheduling constraints, however the Vegan Challenge will last three weeks!
