Human beings need to facilitate awareness and action, insights and growth. For that purpose, what if we could experience a different, fun and easy-going process that goes surprisingly deep? During this engaging session, participants will use a creative and powerful visual tool which features process maps and associative cards, each depicting a photographic image and a topic, inviting them to explore countless points of view, break free from set patterns of thought, and open up new possibilities for expansion and growth.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Discover underlying differences, encourage authentic conversations about complex issues and build new bridges
• Demonstrate application by using technique of photo observation to gain new points of view
• Touch on significant issues, whether of technical or non-technical nature, in an effective and non-confrontational manner
• Clarify abstract ideas and put their messages across clearly
• Utilize, tailor and further develop the tool according to their context

Amir has the privilege to become the first Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) in Eastern Europe and serves as a volunteer on the European Gathering Team (EUGT) for planning Global SCRUM GATHERING® Vienna 2019 and Global SCRUM GATHERING® Lisbon 2021. Additionally, he is a CTC Review Team Member and Women in Agile 2020 mentor. Lastly, Amir is also the founder of the first Scrum Alliance User Group in Romania called Agile Coaching and Beyond.

Amir is an enthusiastic and energetic Agile Coach with over 9 years of practicing agile and more than 20 years of project management experience. He has successfully aided organizations in their agile journey to either adopt or improve their use of Scrum and other agile frameworks both in troubled projects and new ones. Companies which benefited from his coaching services were of various sizes, from start-ups to multinationals, with diverse backgrounds such as public transport, rail, IT (infrastructure and software development), banking and telecommunications.
