Professional Coaching, Agile Coaching & Team Coaching

One of the most common problems that I encounter in my daily life when presenting me as "Agile Coach" is the different aspects that an Agile Coach has.
These are some of the most common questions during the beginning of my interaction with new teams.

• What is - Professional Coaching?
• What is - Agile Coaching?
• How and what Team Coaching techniques can accelerate team progress?

At the end of this session, those present should have a clear understanding of why Professional coaching skills are so important for a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach and the differences between the different types of coaching.
