We are hosting our first Beyblade X Tournament with Pune Beyblade Community, with a twist!!!
This November, you won’t be battling alone for the title. You’ll fight alongside your squad in an action-packed 3-on-3 Team Tournament, where strategy, coordination, and teamwork matter just as much as pure launch power! ⚔️
So, gather your friends, form your dream team, and take on the best bladers in Pune to claim the title of the Ultimate Beyblade X Team Champion! 🌀🔥
## 💰 Entry Fee & Registration
The entry fee is ₹150 per person, to be paid after registering on Luma through any UPI app on suyash.c.shinde@oksbi
Your registration on Luma will be verified only after payment is received, so please complete it to confirm your spot. ✅
Also, please mention your name and team name while making the payment.
Don't have a team? We got you covered. You can register solo and add a team name as 'Solo', and we will put you in teams on the day of the tournament
And don’t worry — everyone who registers will receive exclusive Beyblade goodies 🎁 in return, so you’ll take home something cool no matter what!## 👥 Team Registration Guidelines
While filling out the registration form, you’ll be asked for your Team Name and Team Captain’s Name. Please make sure you’ve already formed your team of 3 players before registering. All three team members must register separately for the event. ✅
Discuss among yourselves and decide who will be the Team Captain before filling the form. This helps us verify teams quickly on the event day.
⚠️ Teams with less than 3 players will not be allowed to participate, so make sure your lineup is complete.
If your group has more than 3 players, you can rotate who plays each round. However, remember that each team can only use a total of 3 Beyblades across all battles. We encourage larger groups to split into multiple teams of 3 so everyone gets a chance to compete! 🌀## 📅 Event Agenda
🧠 Beyblade Workshop (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Before the battles begin, join us for an in-depth Beyblade Workshop. Perfect for both beginners and long-time fans!
We’ll cover:- ⚙️ The Evolution of Beyblade — from the Plastic Generation to Metal Fight to Burst and now to the latest Beyblade X
- 🧾 How to identify fake, mid-fake, and authentic Beyblades
- 🧩 Key differences and similarities between Hasbro and Takara Tomy systems
- 💡 The physics behind Beyblades spin, friction, and momentum
- 🎯 How to build competitive combos
- 🚀 Mastering launch techniques and understanding battle strategy
And that’s not all — we’ll also have exclusive stalls where you can grab original Takara Tomy Beyblades, accessories, and gear right at the venue! 🛍️
💥 Team Tournament Format (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Inspired by the anime’s iconic team battles - this time, it’s not just you against the world!- 👥 Teams of 3 Bladers will compete together.
- Open for all ages, genders, and skill levels.
- Each team must prepare a deck of 3 distinct Beyblades, with no repeated parts across the team (blade, ratchet, or bit).
- Battles will follow Standard Beyblade X Rules by Takara Tomy. Make sure to go through the rulebook before registering and ask your queries on our WhatsApp Community.
- The match format will be team vs. team, where strategy, synergy, and adaptability are key!
- You can either form your own team before the event or be grouped with others on the spot.
- Double elimination format: Your team is eliminated when your team loses two matches. Finals are a one-off match.
- Participant can bring their own 3 Beyblade Decks or can use the Beyblades provided at the event by the organizer for their matches.
- Participant is liable and will be charged for any damage caused to the Beyblade/launcher apart from general wear and tear.
