Prithwish is a Senior Product Manager at Atlassian overseeing ITOps feature development for Jira Service Management. He has a decade plus experience in designing products across IT Operations, Advertising, CRM, and E-Commerce, and holds a master’s degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Makarand Gomashe - Atlassian (Senior Product Manager)

Makarand is a Senior Product Manager on the IT Solutions team at Atlassian. He focuses on JSM automation & orchestration, and building alert and incident management for DevOps teams. He resides in Pune, India and is passionate about technology and problem-solving, he loves collaborating with customers to create better tools for their teams.
