The ability to trust displays the inner strength of an individual who is okay with being vulnerable and taking risks, whether in relationships or daily life choices. Growth requires us to move into the unknown, and there is always a chance that we may face disappointments. How can we be stronger and discern whom to trust and how much? Trust isn’t about being ‘naive’, but maybe it is about intelligently working with truth. With trust in life, in ourselves, and in others, we could build more confidence in moving forward towards growth in life.
Stoic philosophy directs our gaze inwards by focusing on self-control and developing the attitude of openness and trust. Join us as we explore the keys to rebuilding trust the Stoic Way!

There are artists like Beethoven, Leonardo Da Vinci, and many more who perceived from Nature and manifested its harmony creatively in the form of music, scientific investigation, etc. Perhaps ‘listening' is an art that we can improve with practice. What if we could listen to nature and understand its laws better? What if we could listen to people different from us and enrich our understanding of human nature? Maybe this will allow us to be better artists of life.
Join us as we attempt to sharpen our ability to listen, to become more aware and objective, and therefore bring creative solutions to our daily lives.

Life becomes an adventure when we realize that we are the protagonists of our own lives. If we take charge of our lives, perhaps we will stop blaming the circumstances that we face in our lives and deal with them and grow through it.
Whether it was Saint George slaying the dragon, Theseus subduing the Minotaur, or Durga defeating Mahishasura, symbolically there is always a protagonist in these mythologies – a hero who would emerge victorious against the beast. The clues, then, to develop this heroic attitude to deal with our challenges and emerge victorious in our daily lives, would also come from these mythologies. Let us explore the hidden keys to taking charge of our lives through the ancient mythologies.
