If you’re looking for a safe, calm space to slow down, reflect, or reconnect with yourself, I’m opening my space for one-on-one meetups focused on inner wellbeing.

You can choose to use the session in any of these ways:

✨ Breath Meditation Practice – Learn and practice simple techniques to quiet the mind.
✨ Safe Listening Space – Share openly with no judgment; I’ll just listen and hold space.
✨ Guided Journaling – Put thoughts into words and gain clarity through reflection.
✨ Reading & Discussion – We can read a self-help or spiritual book and explore key ideas together.
✨ Inner Voice & Intuition – Understand and strengthen your intuitive decision-making.

Why this?
These practices help with mental clarity, calmness, emotional balance, and better decision-making.

About me:
I’ve been practicing meditation for 11 years and have a deep interest in spirituality, intuition, nature, and helping others with whatever understanding and experience I have.

📍 Location:
My office near Bhujwal Chowk, Hinjewadi

🕒 Timings:
Saturdays – 3 to 4pm and 4 to 5pm
Sessions are free and on a first-come, first-served basis.
