Meeting time - 5.30 A.M

Return time -

Ride Distance- 1500 km approximate ( Overall)

Breakfast/ Lunch - At some suitable location (Go Dutch)

Petrol Stops - Please fill up your petrol tank before ride.

One stop while going towards Goa and one while coming.

Be a responsible rider, watch each others back, no careless overtaking, no un-necessary stopping, observe lane discipline, respect all riders, do not overtake the lead & do not fall behind the sweeper-

Pillion riders allowed with helmet.

Other essential:

Full face Helmet, boot compulsory - if you can put on gloves, protective jacket, knee/ elbow guard etc ... will be good for your safety.
bring at least a liter of water and some refreshments like energy bars, biscuits etc.
make sure your bike is in good condition so as to avoid any unnecessary break down.. extra clutch cable, throttle cable & tyre tube may come handy in case of emergency.

Kindly do some Motorcycle pre- check before ride- Tyre pressure, Chain lubrication/tighteness, Adequate breaking, smooth functioning - clutch cable, throttle cable, working-indicators, tail light, head lights.

Route details:

11th Jan-

Our ride start from pune at approx 5.15 AM. Meeting point is Golds gym, which comes on Mumbai Bangalore highway.

Route- Pune - Satara - Kolhapur - Nipani - Amboli ghat - Sawantwadi - North Goa- Baga beach - Our Resort ( Royal Goan Monterio)

We shall halt for lunch at some decent place.... depending on suggestions from fellow members.

We should reach our destination i.e our resort at around 3.00pm. After that we shall freshen up and spend time at baga/ calangut beach..

12th Jan-

Early morning ride/walk to Calangute / Baga / Anjuna/ Vagator ....then we shall cover the following tourist sites - Chapora fort, Agauda fort, Reis Magos Church, Church of old lady of miracle.

Will have Luch at some nice spots.

Evening at some shacks.

13th Jan-

Explore old goa and other places nearby..

Evening Anjuna flea market.

14th Jan-

Pack our backs and head back to Pune.

Now lets talk about expenses-

Our stay will be at Royal Monterio resorts (4 star). Very nice resort, booked a villa and its pretty much close to Baga beach.

Two bed room, one huge hall, one kitchen , 3 bathrooms, 2 king size bed, one huge sofa cum bed.

Facilities provided by resort- pool, restaurant, Fitness center, bar/ lounge, Spa, Air conditioned room, Fridge available, Small kitchen, Laundry service (paid), Room service (paid),King size Beds,Intercom facility (Rooms),LCD TV with satellite connections, Kettle Service (Tea / Coffee makers)Hair dryers in all rooms,Iron & Ironing boards in all rooms,Modern Toilets bathrooms.

Expense:-

Hotel stay per person - 4500 Rs for 3 nights & 4 days

Overall i say it will cost around 7-8k per person..

if the fuel is shared it will come down further..
