This group is about stepping away from screens and reconnecting with real life and real people.
We meet for relaxed morning or evening walks to enjoy some device-free time, fresh air, and genuine human connection. No pressure, no expectations—just showing up and moving at your own pace.

-Is looking for time away from mobile phones, TV, or laptops
-Enjoys walking or wants accountability to start
-Wants reliable people to talk to and walk with
-Feels like sharing thoughts, experiences, or just listening

What we do:
- Walk — easy outdoor walks
- Move — gently get your body going
- Talk — share anything you’d like: a good day, a bad day, or something on your mind
