His expertise in AI education was significantly amplified during his tenure as a Data Analytics and Machine Learning Instructor at Google, where he played a pivotal role in scaling AI knowledge across the APAC region. In this capacity, he trained over 300,000 developers, customers, and partners, equipping them with critical skills in machine learning and data analytics. This experience forms the foundation of his mission at Purna-Medha.ai: to democratize AI education and cultivate a world-class ecosystem of AI talent.
Beyond his role as an elite educator, Ajinkya is a proficient full-stack developer with more than six years of hands-on software engineering experience. His technical acumen spans key deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and Keras, with a special focus on Computer Vision.
His passion for community-building is evident through his popular YouTube channel, "Learn AI with Ajinkya," where he simplifies complex AI concepts for a global audience. He has also operated as an independent Deep Learning Consultant and Trainer, developing and delivering specialized courses that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Shreya Bhattacharya is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Purna-Medha.ai, where she combines a decade of experience in high-stakes global markets with a strategic vision for the future of AI education. As an AI Product Strategist, she is responsible for guiding the company's product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth. Prior to founding Purna-Medha.ai, Shreya honed her expertise as a Financial Risk Analyst at Trafigura, a global leader in the energy and commodities sector. There, she was responsible for analyzing complex market exposures, providing critical risk assessments to traders and the board of directors, and developing a deep understanding of financial modeling, derivative trading, and market dynamics.
Shreya’s journey into AI is a powerful testament to the very mission she now leads. Coming from a non-coding background, she dedicated herself to mastering artificial intelligence alongside Ajinkya, learning Deep Learning, Large Language Models and Computer Vision field.
