Rumba Columbia Workshop

Rumba Columbia is a very strong and sensitive dance
Through Columbia dancers express their deepest emotions. It is an improvisational dance developed by the people of cuba where every dancer performs alone showing everything that he or she can do. It consists of fast footwork combined with hard movement of the shoulders, varying with tempo and cadence.
We will not only show you a choreography to replicate, we will teach you some basic steps and transitions, in order for you to understand the dynamic of Columbia. Our goal is that you can feel confident to improvise alone.
