What is Puppy Yoga?
Puppy Yoga is a unique wellness activity that blends a relaxing yoga session with the joyful presence of playful puppies. While you flow through gentle poses, our adorable Toy Poodles (with more breeds coming soon!) roam freely, offering cuddles, kisses, and plenty of happy distractions.
Each class is 70 minutes:
– 45 minutes of guided yoga, suitable for all levels
– 25 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime — the perfect chance to bond, take photos, and soak in the joy

Adults, families, and kids ages 8+ (with an accompanying adult) who love dogs, wellness, or simply want a fun and unforgettable activity.
