Hi all!
Join us for a FREE 21 Days Challenge! I will be putting ONE exercise a day, everyday, until the end of 2020 with explanation and we will be doing the exercise with you together. The goal of this challenge is to finish the year STRONG and have a good kick start to 2021!
We started this on 11 Dec but you can start anytime. You can even restart after you have completed :). Please feel free to share this with your friends and family. Try to get as many people moving as possible. Especially with the festive seasons coming up, we will need to burn off some of those goodies.
Exercise is your best vaccine! Don’t have to worry about side effects. Stay healthy and strong! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
