If you're looking to have fun while getting fit, come check us out. We are starting not just a one off bootcamp but a series of bootcamps and other activities all year round.
Date: Wednesdays
Time: 07:15pm (Please be there 5-10min before class time)
Venue: Parc Montcalm
Level: All levels
Fee: €10 per session
Payment: pay cash on the day itself
Minimum number to start: 4 pax
Language: English (with option to explained in French and Mandarin)

ABOUT COACH WENDY
Coach Wendy is a professionally certified personal trainer, senior bootcamp instructor, nutrition coach and dance instructor. With 19 years of coaching experience in dance and fitness, she is great with working with both individual and groups. At age 41, she became an ultra running athlete. One of the most memorable race is Gobi March 2017 when she ran across the Gobi Desert over 7 days. She carried a 12kg backpack throughout her mountainous journey through blazing heat of up to 50 degree celsius, the storm, the rain and the windy weather. And that's just one of her many achievements. Get trained and inspired by this petite woman. She will help you achieve your goals.
Our Philosophy
Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, you will benefit from group training. It is always important to train under good supervision.
At Pure North, we prioritize a balance healthy lifestyle and fun, while making sure of that you have a safe and great workout. Group workouts provides great social support and motivation for cultivating a healthy lifestyle, which is always challenging when you do it alone. You will find a great support group and good guidance when you are attending our bootcamps. Getting fit is not just about working out. You need to learn about your nutrition as well. We will like you to learn how to take care of yourselves in the long run. To be in control of your own health for both mind and body.
Things to bring:
- water
- towel for protecting your knees and back while doing floor work
- a nutritious bar or shake for post workout
- come in sportswear and appropriate sneakers
- sunscreen
- gloves and jacket (optional)
- an open mind

IMPORTANT INFO
Eat a small meal about an hour before the bootcamp. If you are absolutely unable to get hold of any food, make sure you bring some energy drink with you. Please do not eat right before the bootcamp.
Please note that if you attend this bootcamp, neither Pure North nor any Pure North staff will be responsible for any accidents or injuries occurred during or outside the bootcamp. You will be entirely responsible for yourself. So we strongly advise that you listen to your body. You will be asked to stop if the coach deem that you are unfit to carry on. If you have an existing injury or illness, please make sure that you get clearance from a professional before your sign up.
