Step into the sultry world of Risqué Cabaret, where multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Mark Turner and the enchanting jazz/blues vocalist Jessie Gordon take centre stage! With over 20 years of musical magic behind them, these two friends invite you to experience an exhilarating showcase of cabaret hits and saucy songs including The Pastry Song, Woe is Me, and Let’s Do It.
Their journey has whisked them through the lively scenes of Australia, Asia, and Europe, earning accolades and delighting audiences with their unique sound. I'll aim to get there at 6:00 but it will depend on what time i get our of work. The concert starts at 7pm and i expect it to be two ~45 minute sets finishing around 9pm. Dinner options are mainly pizza and bar snacks (but they do have vegan and gluten free) and their well stocked bar offers interesting wines, fancy cocktails and some pretty decent non-alcoholic options.
