In our food abundant, diet-obsessed culture eating is often mindless, food becomes time and thought-consuming and it's causing guilt and shame. None of this is making us healthy or happy.
Eating is meant to be enjoyable. It's a natural way of meeting or needs for nutrition and energy. However, many people struggle with food because they have unrecognized triggers, that leave them feeling powerless to change. Mindfulness increases our awareness of these patterns and creates the necessary space for transforming our relationship with food and learn to listen to our own intuition.
In this workshop, you’ll learn simple, yet effective strategies for knowing when, what, and how much to eat, so you can escape the eat-regret-repeat cycle, transform your relationship with food and create the body, mind and life you love.
