Saturday Night indoor Tennis at Hawthorne (Read)

Hello All,

This meetup is not filled yet email acechestertennis@gmail.com or benchin723@gmail to get in. This weekend we are trying out a new venue, (Hawthorne Solaris) Westchester Turf and Tennis. There is a very limited amount of 8 spots available per time period for these courts so you will want to get in quick. This will be a social competitive atmosphere. Just like our tennis parties you will have two hours or more of tennis with multiple rotations. Format: 20 minute warmup
40 minute game no deuce
Winners move on court 1
Loosing teams move on court 2
Second game (2 set game) 1-hour

Prices are as follows:

8-10 $30
10-12 $25

PAYMENT POLICY

We ask that you pay in advance using Venmo @benchin723
If you would like to pay using PayPal, Quickpay, or another method, please contact Ben (benchin723@gmail.com). PayPal will require $2 extra for service fees.

RESERVATION & REFUND POLICY

All members must pay in advance unless they receive special permission from the administration. 24 hour cancellation policy in effect. All payments will only be refunded if member cancels prior to the 24 hour mark. If you can not make it and it is after 24 hours, you may sell your spot or ask us to sell it instead. If we do not fill the spot, then no refund will be given. If no payment was received for the reserved spot and we were not notified within the 24 hours, you must pay the exact amount owed in order to attend future sessions.

We have a 1-strike rule. If you fail to abide by the Reservation & Payment Policy, you will only receive one warning before you are suspended from attending meet ups.
