Join us for "The Art of the Draft: Prototyping as the Catalyst for Change", a Meetup where we will explore the power of prototyping—both as a tool for innovation and as a way to shape our growing PuXu community.

What to Expect:

• 3 Inspiring Talks: Hear from three experienced speakers (TBA) as they share their insights on prototyping in UX and product development.
• Interactive Workshop: Collaborate to co-create the vision and foundation of the PuXu community. We’ll present our prototype of PuXu and invite you to help shape our direction.
• Networking & Drinks: Connect with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas and of course, have a drink.

Speakers:
We're super stoked about our speaker Marcel Zwiers, who will provide an inspiring talk on Design Driven Innovation. Marcel is a true designer, maker, tinkerer, and Minister. A lot of rhymes there but he is in fact "Minister van Design" at Ministerie van Design, next to his Studio 31Volts & (ad)venture Boardroom - you'll hear (and feel..) all about it the 19th. Expect an inspiring and passionate talk at the cusp of Art & Attitude. We hope you're into avant-garde..!

Join Bol.com Group Product Manager Laurens Gunneweg and Product Designer Thecla Goossen as they share their wild ride of launching a startup within a corporate giant. They'll dive into the world of product design, from the early stages of prototyping to a final product and the experiments in between, all while finding the balance between Customer Needs and Brand Assets… Who said advertising was boring?

And completing the line-up: Anna Offermans, User Experience Director at Strategic Design Agency Fabrique. She will tell us all about the project Fabrique did for the Public Transport Authority of Amsterdam, concerning the redesign of the Ticket Vending Machine for buses, trams and metros. In this project, it was crucial to involve the different users in every phase of the design process and to perform tests with multiple low and high fidelity prototypes, in order to get a good understanding of the user needs and to come to a design that works for all users.
