About us
PVD Theatre Club is a social club for anyone who enjoys live theatre and is looking for new friends to connect with in the area.
We live in Rhode Island’s Creative Capital—let’s take advantage of it. Through show meet-ups, post-show cocktails and conversation, in-home play readings, dinners, and/or occasional trips to see theatre beyond Providence, the club brings people together around a shared appreciation for the performing arts.
Whether you’re new to the area or simply looking to expand your circle, PVD Theatre Club is an opportunity to meet new people and experience the best of the region’s theatre scene together.
At the moment, no events are planned. We’re first looking to gauge interest and build a group first. Once we have a sense of participation, we’ll survey members about productions, activities, and preferred dates before coordinating future events.
