PwL Munich #1

Join us for the first session of the re-invigorated PwL Munich Meetup! We'll discuss two papers, followed by roof-top BBQ, drinks, and discussion/mingling. Discussion before and after the event happens on Discord.

This session is about databases. Robert will kick us off with a presentation on provenance in relational databases, followed by a group discussion of the 1994 volcano paper. We kindly ask everyone to read the paper so we can have a more insightful and fun discussion; a few prompts: what did you learn? what did you find surprising? which ideas have survived, which are now obsolete?
