Gates open at 6:30 p.m. Concert starts at 8 p.m. Please bring a few items of non-perishable food with you to help out Food For Lane County.
We have 12 free tickets among us for entrance. See LaShell, Cindy, or Marilyn if you plan on going. Bring a blanket or low beach chair (tall ones are not allowed) and a jacket for nighttime. I will be in line at 6:00 pm. Look for me or call my cell at 541-913-4680. Host: Marilyn
All ages are invited to join us for our 6th annual summer concert in the park! Led by Music Director Danail Rachev, the evening will include beloved audience favorites, from light classics to musical theater, and, of course, Tchaikovsky’s impressive 1812 Overture.
Instrument Petting Zoo - The Cuthbert’s gates will open at 6:30 pm for a preconcert performance by the Eugene Symphonic Band and the Symphony’s “Instrument Petting Zoo,” where all are welcome to get up close and personal with a variety of orchestral instruments. Join us and be a part of this magical evening of music under the stars!
Here are some rules for the Cuthbert. Patrons are permitted to bring outside food into the venue in clear, easily viewable, one-gallon Ziploc-style bags only—one bag per patron. Coolers, of any size, will not be allowed in the venue. No outside beverages will be allowed to enter the venue. Empty plastic water bottles are allowed (unless bottles are specifically prohibited by the artist)Water bottle re-fill stations will be available near the main entry.
Chairs allowed on upper grass slope only. Out of respect for fellow concert-goers, lawn chairs must be low profile (legs no higher than 4” off of the ground and chair backs no higher than 27” off the ground). Blankets are limited to beach towel size only.
