Presentation - Kubernetes Security
Presenter: Daniel Dias, Principle Cloud Security Architect at RBC
In this session, we’ll explore what security contexts are, why they matter, and how misconfigurations can expose your cluster to privilege escalation, container breakouts, and lateral movement. You’ll leave with practical, real-world patterns for hardening your pods and containers — from dropping capabilities and enforcing read-only filesystems to running as non-root and leveraging seccomp profiles.
