Innovación, emprendimiento y trabajo en remoto

¡Nos complace anunciar el primer evento de PyData en Ibiza en Octubre, donde hablaremos de Python, innovación, emprendimiento y mucho más!
El evento se realizará en la sede de la Sociedad Cultural y Recreativa Casino de Ibiza, "El Casino des Moll", situado en Calle Barcelona, nº 1, Ibiza.
Para este primer evento, tendremos tres charlas:

• Juan Luis Cano Rodríguez (19:00-19:15), arrancará con una charla sobre Python y su impacto en la innovación y el emprendimiento.
• Francisco Muñoz e Itziar Zameza (19:15-19:45), representando a APSL en el mundo IT, nos hablarán sobre su trayectoria construida con datos, Python y trabajo en remoto (en español).
• Gerardo Richarte (19:45-20:10), CTO de Satellogic, nos mostrará cómo han innovado en el sector geoespacial, también apoyados en datos, Python y trabajo en remoto (en español).

Después de las charlas, ofreceremos bebidas y picoteo en el mismo lugar para continuar con el networking.

Recomendaciones generales:

• ¿Sabes mucho de Python e innovación? ¿Sabes poco y quieres saber más? ¡En ambos casos, te damos la bienvenida!
• Aplica "la regla del comecocos": si estás en un círculo, deja siempre un hueco para que otra persona se pueda unir.
• Puede haber asistentes que no hablen bien español y que se manejen mejor en inglés. Sé paciente y ¡no dejes que se aburran!

We are excited to announce the first PyData event in Ibiza this October, where we'll talk about Python, innovation, entrepreneurship, and more!
The event will take place at the headquarters of the Sociedad Cultural y Recreativa Casino de Ibiza, "El Casino des Moll", located at Calle Barcelona, nº 1, Ibiza.
For this inaugural event, we'll kick off with three talks:

• Juan Luis Cano Rodríguez (19:00-19:15), will start with a talk about Python and its impact on innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Francisco Muñoz and Itziar Zamena (19:15-19:45), representing APSL in the IT world, will share their journey built upon data, Python, and remote work (in Spanish).
• Gerardo Richarte (19:45-20:10), CTO of Satellogic, will show how they have made strides in the geospatial sector, also leveraging data, Python, and remote work (in Spanish).

After the talks, drinks and snacks will be available on-site for continued networking.

General recommendations:

• Are you an expert in Python and innovation? Are you a beginner and you want to learn more? In both cases, you are very welcome!
• Apply the "Pacman rule": if you're in a circle, leave a gap so that someone else can join.
• If you don't speak good Spanish, we will do our best to make you feel comfortable. But be mindful that other attendees might want to use their native language in larger conversations. Use this opportunity to practice your Spanish! If you are bored, feel free approach the organizers and say «Hi!»
